Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apples, drained
Preparation

Melt margarine in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl; mix well.
Stir in milk.
Spread in prepared dish.
Spoon apples onto batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Batter will rise to top.
May substitute favorite canned or fresh fruit for apples.
Yield:
6 servings.
