Candy Cane Cafe Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 pkg. McCormick enchilada sauce mix
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 (7-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix tomato paste, water and enchilada sauce mix in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
