Chow Fun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. char siu, slice thin
    1 Tbsp. grated ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 pkg. bean sprouts
    1 stalk celery, sliced thin
    1 carrot, julienned
    1/2 box frozen broccoli
    4 green onions, chopped
    10 oz. chow fun noodles, cooked
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet until very hot.
    Fry char siu for 1 minute. Add next 4 ingredients.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add vegetables.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add drained noodles.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Put into shallow bowl.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
