Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs (I use 3 eggs)
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Blend oil, sugar and vanilla together.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add dry ingredients and add carrots and pecans.
Blend well.
Pour into greased cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 60 minutes or until done.
