Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together vinegar, brown sugar, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and water; set aside.
    Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, milk and 3/4 cup of mixture together.
    Form into meatballs and place in dish.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
