Pumpkin Or Squash Pie (Sweet Potato) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
3 3/4 c. (29 oz.) pumpkin, acorn squash or sweet potatoes, pureed
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. or more cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into 2 pie shells or into buttered casserole dish.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted 1/2 way between center and edge comes out clean.
