Whipped Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, egg whites and vanilla; beat until stiff. Mix crackers, sugar and pecans.
    Mix all together, stirring well. Place in a buttered pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Let cool. Cover top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
    Refrigerate overnight.
