Frankfurter Scallop(Makes 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frankfurters
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, undrained
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1/4 c. soft bread crumbs or corn flake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut half of the frankfurters into bite size pieces.
    Combine soup, sauerkraut and caraway seed.
    Mix well.
    Add potatoes and franks.
    Mix well.
    Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch casserole.
