Graham Cracker Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 (9 oz.) can or 1 c. crushed pineapple
1 pkg. orange flavored jello (3 oz.)
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. dried mandarin orange sections
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine crumbs and butter.
Reserve 1/3 cup for topping. Press other into oblong baking dish.
Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water.
Stir in pineapple syrup.
Chill to partially set.
Add sour cream and vanilla and whip until fluffy.
Pour over crumbs.
Sprinkle top with rest of crumbs.
Chill until firm.
Serve in squares.
