Fudge Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Prepare chocolate crumb crust and set aside.
Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in milk until smooth.
Add melted chips and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into crust.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until center is set.
Cool.
Refrigerate leftovers.
