Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups plain flour
    1 cup shortening
    1 teaspoon baking soda (add to buttermilk)
    1 teaspoons salt
    3 teaspoons baking flour
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 packages yeast dissolved in small amount of warm water
    2 cups buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover and store in refrigerator. Pinch off amount needed.
    Roll out and cut.
    These do not have to rise before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
