Potato Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 1/4 c. soft stale bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped fat salt pork
    1 finely chopped onion
    1/3 c. butter
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Add to potatoes the bread crumbs, butter, egg, salt and sage. Add the salt pork and onion. Stuff turkey or goose.
