Raspberry Ice Cream Parfait Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. raspberry jello
    1 1/4 c. hot fruit juice plus water
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot liquid in 2-quart saucepan.
    Add ice cream by spoonfuls until melted.
    Chill until thickened but not set.
    Fold in drained fruit.
    Tun into pie shell.
    Chill until firm.
    Garnish with Cool Whip and fruit.
