Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 roll garlic cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    In saucepan, place 1/2 stick butter, salt, onion, water and broccoli; cook until dry.
    Add celery soup, garlic cheese, milk and cooked rice.
    Cook on low heat until cheese melts.
    Put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
