Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    1 chopped onion
    16 oz. spaghetti sauce
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet with onion; drain.
    Place in 2-quart microwavable casserole dish.
    Add spaghetti sauce, macaroni and boiling water.
    Stir and microwave on High for 7 minutes.
    Stir and microwave on High for 6 more minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Cover and let sit for 1 minute before serving.
