Corned Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef, crumbled
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    4 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer
    in
    baking
    dish 1/2 of potatoes, 1/2 of onions, 1/2 of cabbage and 1/2 of corned beef.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Repeat.
    Mix
    bacon drippings and water and pour over top.\tCover with aluminum foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
