Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
4 Tbsp. oil
2 c. raw cranberries
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix together the first five dry ingredients.
Add eggs and orange juice concentrate.
Add vegetable oil with enough boiling water to measure 1 1/2 cups.
Add cranberries and nuts.
Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
