Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. soft butter
    6 Tbsp. milk
    3 tsp. cider vinegar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs, butter, milk and vinegar.
    Add enough flour to make a stiff dough. Roll out very thin on floured surface.
    Let stand until dough is no longer sticky, but not brittle.
    Roll up and slice 1/8-inch thick, Spread out and allow to dry, about 2 hours.
