Cold Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can English peas
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. diced Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. hard-cooked egg, diced
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain peas.
Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well.
Add peas, egg and mayonnaise and mix gently.
Chill.
Serves 4 to 6.
