Sausage And Cheese Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can large biscuits
    1/2 lb. browned and drained Italian sausage
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 to 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a cookie sheet.
    Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    Press or roll to a 5-inch circle.
    Combine browned sausage, seasoning, mushrooms and Mozzarella cheese. Spoon about 3 tablespoons mixture into center of each flattened biscuit.
    Fold dough in half over filling.
    Press edges with a fork to seal.
    Brush tops with egg and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
