Mexican Wedding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine, softened
    8 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 F (180\u00b0 C). Mix all the ingredients together with a mixer until well blended. Roll dough into round small balls. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool completely, then roll in additional confectioners sugar. Makes 42 cookies.
