Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple extract
3 Tbsp. cocoa (dry)
3 c. pecans to taste, chopped
1 box confectioners sugar
7 oz. bag caramels

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans and caramels.
Roll into logs and chill.
Melt caramels in top of double boiler or microwave.
Pour into large plate.
