Cream Of Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. cooked chicken
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    6 pt. toasted croutons (to serve)
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Stir in flour; cook for 1 minute.
    Add milk gradually and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Add chicken broth; stir well.
    Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in mustard, chicken, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, or until heated through.
    Ladle into soup bowls; sprinkle with croutons.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
