Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. cracker meal
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Slice squash.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain.
    Add all ingredients.
    Pour mixture into dish.
    Save some cracker meal to sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown on top.
