Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 lb. sharp cheese
    1 large onion, grated
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    dash of salt
    dash of red pepper
    small jar pimento
Preparation
    Have all cheese at room temperature.
    Cream together until smooth, adding remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until partially set. Form into ball and roll in very fine chopped nuts.
    Return to refrigerator.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
