Italian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef chuck (marbled)
    2 large sliced onions
    1 1/2 c. meat broth
    1 1/2 c. Italian canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. fresh sage
    2 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef chuck in olive oil; add remaining ingredients and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
