Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Peel and quarter lengthwise or slice thick.
Cook about 20 minutes in lightly salted water until slightly tender.
Make syrup of butter, brown sugar, dash of salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of cooking water.
Coat potatoes with syrup and continue cooking.
