Carrot Stuff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans carrots, drained
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Alternate layers of carrots, onion and bell pepper. Make marinade of remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables and chill at least 24 hours. Can be made several days ahead.
Store in covered bowl in refrigerator.
