Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 slices white bread, crust removed
    butter
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. hot Owens sausage
    1/2 lb. regular Owens sausage
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    9 eggs
Preparation
    Butter bread on 1 side.
    Cube 7 slices and place on bottom of a greased 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Fry sausages until crumbly. Grate cheese.
    Whip salt, mustard, milk and eggs together. Sprinkle sausage over bread.
    Pour mixture over sausage.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Put last 6 slices of buttered bread, cut in halves, on top of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Does not freeze well.
