Crab Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. imitation crab meat, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (1 lb.) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
    garlic powder
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder and spread over bottom of bread, then replace top. Wrap in a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Cut into slices. Yield: 8 servings.
