Low-Fat Creamy Potato Ham Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. (15 oz.) frozen shredded potatoes or raw shredded potatoes
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas
    1 full c. (8 oz.) diced Dubuque 97% fat free or any lean ham
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 can (10 oz.) Campbell's Health Request cream of mushroom soup
    Butter flavored cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl,
    combine potatoes, peas and ham.
    In a small bowl,
    combine parsley flakes, black pepper,
    and mushroom soup.
    Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and mix well to combine.
    Pour into an 8 x 8 inch baking dish sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray.
    Bake 25
    - 30 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
