French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    3 large onions
    2 cans beef bouillon (double rich, double strength)
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Saute sliced onions in the butter until tender.
    Mix water, 2 cans of bouillon, and onions in saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add croutons or bread to soup bowl, add soup, top with cheese.
    Microwave until cheese melts.
