Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 ripe bananas
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt in top of double boiler.
Add milk slowly.
Mix well.
Cook over rapidly boiling water until well thickened, stirring constantly.
Cook 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
