Graham Cracker Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with coconut and English walnuts and set aside.
    Beat egg whites, adding salt and vanilla gradually. Then add sugar, beating until the whites peak.
    Fold the crumb mixture into the egg mixture and spread in a well-greased 8 x 10-inch pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cut in wedges and serve plain or topped with ice cream.
