Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 lb. margarine
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 c. plain flour, sifted
Preparation

Grate the cheese in food processor.
When it is grated, cut the margarine on top of the cheese.
Add the flour to which the salt and pepper have been added.
Process the mixture until it forms a ball.
Remove from the processor and form a roll that will fit the cookie press.
Squirt onto a cookie sheet in rows.
Cook at 275\u00b0.
It takes about 40 minutes to bake. Cut the straws the length you want and put into container.
