Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/4 onion
    garlic salt
    pepper to taste
    1 beef cube
    1 jar mushrooms, water and all
    1 green pepper
    1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak in serving pieces.
    Brown steak in oil with onion, garlic, salt and pepper, beef cube and mushrooms.
    Cook 25 minutes.
    Add green pepper, tomatoes and soy sauce.
    Cook again for 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
