Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter.
Add brown sugar and syrup.
Bring to a full rolling boil.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and soda.
Mixture will foam.
Pour mixture over popcorn in a large roaster.
Stir until coated.
Place pan in 200\u00b0 oven; stir every 5 minutes until popcorn dries.
Remove from oven.
Stir to separate popcorn.
