Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large onions, sliced
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
1 big onion, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. or more sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place 5 large onions into buttered casserole dish.
Layer crackers, sausage and last onion.
Mix soup with milk and pour on top.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until onions are cooked.
