Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cheese
1/2 c. milk
3 tsp. butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Put cheese and milk in pan.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
When cheese is melted, add butter and flour.
Mix well.
Ready to serve when thickened.
