Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 onion, minced
2 c. grated cheese
1 large pkg. potato chips
Preparation

Mix all together, except chips and 1/2 of cheese.
Put in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Cover with cheese and crushed chips and bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0 with foil covering or lid.
Remove cover and brown.
