Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 red pepper, cut into strips
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    6 chicken breasts (boneless), cut into chunks
    1 lb. sweet or mild Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with oil.
    Arrange potatoes and peppers in bottom of dish.
    Combine the seasonings. Sprinkle 1/3 of the seasonings over potatoes.
    Layer chicken and sausage over potatoes and seasonings.
    Sprinkle remaining seasonings on top.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes, then serve.
