Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) bag cornbread stuffing mix
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese or shredded carrots
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions until tender; drain off most of water. Coat bread crumbs with butter.
    Combine all ingredients together. Place in casserole dish; bake at 350\u00b0.
    Save some crumbs for top.
