Oven-Fried Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
salt to taste
paprika
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. thyme
flour
pepper to taste
3 chicken breasts, split and deboned
1/4 c. canola oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt butter in shallow pan in oven. Flour chicken and roll in butter.
Place, skin side down, in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes after turning. Bake 30 minutes more.
