Macadamia Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 to 4 oz.) jar Macadamia nuts, chopped
    1 c. coconut
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease 3 mini loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan and line with paper.
    In a large bowl, mix pineapple, nuts and coconut.
    Sift flour and baking powder over nut mixture.
    Put sugar over mixture and mix gently until coated.
    Beat 3 eggs in a small bowl until foamy.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Pour over nut mixture and stir until well mixed.
    Spoon in desired pans.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven and turn out on wire racks.
    Let cool and wrap in foil.
    Keep 4 days in refrigerator before serving.
