Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small jar pimento
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash.
    Mix all ingredients, except crackers and margarine.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Crush crackers and spread on top.
    Cut margarine in small pieces and spread over crackers. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
