No Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1 c. potatoes, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 (10 oz.) cans Snap-E Tom tomato cocktail
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation
    Mix meat and vegetables.
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Dissolve tapioca in cocktail and pour over meat and vegetable mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not peek!
    Serves 6 to 8.
