Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium size raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 raw pared carrots
1 can peas, well drained, save liquid
3 onions, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

In a well-buttered, 2-quart casserole, place layers of vegetables in order given.
Season each layer with salt and pepper as you go along.
Lay potatoes flat in the bottom of the greased casserole.
In the meantime, brown ground beef in a skillet.
On top of the potatoes, slice carrots.
Pour peas over carrots.
Slice onions and layer over the peas, then slice celery over the onions. Put the browned, drained ground beef over the celery.
Mix the liquid from the peas with can of tomato soup and pour over all ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
