Onion Mushroom Turkey Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey giblets
    1 bay leaf
    2 c. water
    1 can onion soup
    8 Tbsp. turkey drippings
    1/2 c. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    3 1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine giblets (except liver) and neck with bay leaf and water in a saucepan.
    Heat to boiling; stir in soup. Simmer 40 minutes. Add liver and simmer 20 minutes until tender. Remove giblets. Measure broth and add water (if necessary) to make 3 1/2 cups.
