Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    3 onions
    1 bunch scallions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    4 stalks celery
    1/2 lb. spinach, cut up
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can bamboo shoots
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 c. beef broth
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice meat thin
    and
    brown in oil rapidly.
    Add sliced onions, scallions, mushrooms, spinach and bamboo shoots.
    Cook 5 minutes, stir.
    Add
    soy
    sauce,
    beef broth and sugar.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Cook uncovered for 15 minutes.
    Stir a few times.
