Marinated Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. boneless pork tenderloin
    1 c. orange marmalade
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. sherry
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 baguette, sliced and spread with melted butter and garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pork and bread.
    Marinate pork in mixture for 4 to 6 hours.
    Bake pork for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven, turning once.
    Slice pork into 1-inch slices and serve on sliced and buttered baguettes.
